Offer free resources
Identify Your Top Competitors
Write down your top 5-10 competitors.
Not sure who they are are. Use google.
Review their Instagram profiles to see who has the biggest, realeset and most engaged following.
10k-20k followers is a minimum. Make sure the account has engaged and real followers.
Lead Sources
The best lead source is the people that like and comment on your competitors content (or are watching their live streams).
The 2nd best is the people that follow your competitors.
The 3rd best is the people posting content with relevant hashtags that identify themselves as your “ideal client.”
The 4th best is people that like and content of influencers in your space.
BONUS: People that like and comment on the successful ads that your competitors are running.
Organic Cold Outreach Process
Follow 25 people per hour for 6 hours per day (example: 3 hours in the morning in a row - 2 hour break - 3 hours in the afternoon in a row)
Open conversations with everyone that follows back
IF you’re starting less than 20 new conversations per day:
Send cold messages to the highest quality prospects that you’ve followed, that didn’t follow you back
NOTE: for newer accounts, east in at 25 people per hour. You can do up to 50 for a well-established account . You want to try to stay in the green zone with the instagram AI.
The Organic Process
An example of what this will look like is:
You follow (6 x 25) - 150 users in one day
25 follow you back
You initiate conversions with 25
You follow (6 x 25) - 150 users in one day
10 follow you back
You initiate conversations with those 10
You send cold outreach messages to 10 of the highest quality leads that you followed during the day
This should add at least 1-2 new clients per week.
Build up snowball of people that are consuming your content every single day.
Post engaging & high quality content to your feed to nurture your audience every day (video is best)
Post multiple stories showing the behind the scenes of your life, client results and building hype/suspense for your weekly CTA posts
Every week plan out and post at least on “call to action” post
The call to action (CTA) would be to “send me a message if you want ____”
You should post one CTA post (either an image or a video) to your primary feed and 2 CTA posts over the week to your stories.
